Shipping / Deliveries
The PVC Warehouse: Trade Centre will endevour to make all deliveries as soon as possible, we aim to give packaged orders to the courier the following day that the order was placed.

The courier delivers to the mainland UK only, on a next day delivery service on all orders, the courier delivers consignment packages to customers within 24 to 48 hours of picking up from our warehouse. However this may vary from time to time due to seasonal demand and could take up to 72 hours.

Our std delivery charge for a next day service is £11.75, Orders that total over £50 pounds are delivered FREE.

Special Delivery
If you require a Special Delivery, ie. on a Monday to Friday before 10:30 Am, or before 12:00 or a Saturday morning delivery, this can be arranged, but you will have to contact our office directly, as this cannot be ordered and specified through the website order process. Special deliveries will require an additional charge, this will be dependent upon order weight, of at least £25


Receiving Delivery

Our ordering system sends a number of emails to you, firstly an order confirmation, then an email which informs you that your goods are being packed, and then another when they have been shipped, once this 'shipped' email is sent to you, we would expect the courier to deliver your order on the next working day.

Please ensure that there is someone present to sign for your goods, failure to do this could understandably result in the goods being returned to our warehouse, in which case an additional delivery charge may be requested to re-deliver your goods.


When goods are delivered, it is your or the person delegated responsibility to check and sign for the goods. Please check that they not damaged and that the items are in good condition. Once you have signed for the goods in good condition any insurance cover ceases and any replacement goods must be paid for.

PLEASE NOTE:

SIGNING THE DELIVERY COMPANY CONSIGNMENT NOTE AS "UNCHECKED" OR NOT WRITING ON THE CONSIGNMENT NOTE WHAT IS DAMAGED MEANS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS IN GOOD CONDITION.

We would like to advise you not to book your builder or hire equipment prior to the materials your ordering arriving safely on site, lost packages are insured by the courier service, and so will be replaced by ourselves using a next day delivery service, we are not able to compensate you for a builders time, hire costs or other charges related to a late delivery..

Unless you have paid an extra charge for a Special Saturday Delivery, then No deliveries are made at the weekend, in practice this generally means that any packages/orders picked up by the courier on a Friday afternoon are normally delivered on Monday.

Deliveries as stated above are to the UK Mainland Only, Special deliveries to Ireland and UK / Scottish Islands will require an additional charge of at least £25, please ring our office to arrange this.

9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Thursday.
9:00AM to 3:00PM Friday.
The office is closed at weekends.
